What we collect

When you submit a form on this website we collect the details you type: name, email address, telephone number, city, state, the service you selected and the description of your situation.

We do not use advertising trackers on this site. No third-party analytics scripts, social pixels or remarketing tags are loaded — every asset on this page is served from our own server.

Why we collect it

The only purpose is to respond to your request: to dispatch a crew, to prepare a quote, to answer a question or to process a job application. We do not sell, rent or trade your information.

If you subscribe to storm alerts we use your email address only for that mailing, and every message carries a one-click unsubscribe link.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted after 24 months. Project files are retained for seven years because insurance and liability rules require it. Job applications are kept for 12 months unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

Who sees it

Your details are visible to the dispatch desk, the supervisor assigned to your file and, where a claim is involved and you have authorised it, your insurance carrier or adjuster.

Subcontracted partner crews receive only the information needed to reach and complete the job.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where no legal retention duty applies. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

Residents of California may exercise CCPA rights, including the right to know and the right to delete, through the same address.

Cookies

This website sets no tracking cookies. Your browser may store a short-lived session entry so the thank-you page can confirm what you submitted; it never leaves your device and is cleared when you close the tab.
