Yes. We document every project the way adjusters need it: pre-mitigation photos, moisture maps, daily psychrometric logs, equipment run-time sheets and a written completion report. Pricing follows Xactimate industry rates, which is what most carriers benchmark against. We can also speak to your adjuster directly if you authorise it in writing.
For a single room with Category 1 water and three days of drying, most projects land between $1,400 and $2,600. A whole floor with Category 3 water, contents handling and antimicrobial treatment usually runs $4,000 to $12,000. The variables are affected square footage, water category, how long it sat, and whether materials can be dried in place or must be removed.
Usually yes for Category 1 water losses and cleaning work. For Category 3 water, active mold remediation or fire damage with heavy soot, we set up containment and recommend that occupants — especially children, elderly residents and anyone immunocompromised — stay elsewhere until clearance.
