Frequently asked questions

Costs, timelines, insurance, certifications and what happens to your belongings — answered by the people who run the jobs.

Inside our depot regions — South Florida, Central Florida, Georgia, the Carolinas, Texas and the Northeast corridor — our target is 60 minutes from the moment dispatch confirms the address. Anywhere else in the country we mobilise a partner crew within 4 to 12 hours, and a supervisor from our own team travels to take ownership of the file.

Yes. We document every project the way adjusters need it: pre-mitigation photos, moisture maps, daily psychrometric logs, equipment run-time sheets and a written completion report. Pricing follows Xactimate industry rates, which is what most carriers benchmark against. We can also speak to your adjuster directly if you authorise it in writing.

For a single room with Category 1 water and three days of drying, most projects land between $1,400 and $2,600. A whole floor with Category 3 water, contents handling and antimicrobial treatment usually runs $4,000 to $12,000. The variables are affected square footage, water category, how long it sat, and whether materials can be dried in place or must be removed.

Usually yes for Category 1 water losses and cleaning work. For Category 3 water, active mold remediation or fire damage with heavy soot, we set up containment and recommend that occupants — especially children, elderly residents and anyone immunocompromised — stay elsewhere until clearance.

We take moisture readings behind the surface with penetrating meters and compare them against a dry standard from an unaffected area of the same material. If the material reaches the dry standard within the drying window and the water was Category 1 or 2, it stays. Category 3 water, visible delamination or mold growth means it comes out.

Every field technician holds at least IICRC WRT (Water Damage Restoration) certification. Supervisors add ASD (Applied Structural Drying) and AMRT (Applied Microbial Remediation). All crews complete OSHA 10 as a minimum, and supervisors hold OSHA 30.

Yes — daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal schedules for offices, clinics, hotels, restaurants and retail. Contracts include a named account supervisor, a documented scope of work per zone and a quarterly review.

Contents are photographed, inventoried and either protected on site or packed out to climate-controlled storage. You receive the inventory list, and restorable items go through cleaning, deodorising or specialist treatment before they come back.

The remediation itself is ours; the clearance test is deliberately not. We arrange an independent third-party hygienist so the result is credible to you, your insurer and any future buyer of the property.

We operate nationwide across all 50 states, with permanent depots in Florida, Georgia, the Carolinas, Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, Tennessee, Virginia, New York, New Jersey and California.
